I Want Better Weapons Iron SE Dark and Dirty

Reason for this mod:

A good friend of mine PhatBassAnchor posed an idea to me to replace Some of the sets of weapons in the game for high poly models and larger textures.

Not because we intend to use them but because many of the NPC in game use them.

Also most house mods use the iron shield with crossed iron greatswords as decoration.

So basically this is purely a visual improvement to the world of Skyrim unless you want to use the iron weapons yourself.

This version Dark and Dirty is because everyone will like different things :)

What this mod does:

This mod replaces:

Iron Dagger

Iron Longsword

Iron Greatsword

Iron War Hammer

Iron War Axe

Iron Battleaxe

Iron (Imperial) Bow

Also replaces The Iron Shield, and Banded (or heavy)Iron shield

All models have been custom created, and set matching 2K textures applied.

Coloration designed to match with IWBA mod I created.

This mod only changes the appearance of the weapons already in game.

I have created all the left hand and sheath files for Ecotone Dual sheath mod, and included them in the download.

What this mod doesn't do:

This mod does NOT change any stats of any weapon in game.

It does NOT change locations or what merchants sell

This mod will not play nice with any other mod that changes the models for the items listed above.

Basically anywhere an iron dagger is in the vanilla game it will still be there but use my model, and texture.

Installation:

Unpack archive to your Skyrim Special Edition folder or use your favorite mod manager.

This mod adds files the game will use instead of the vanilla ones located in the .bsa that came with the game.

There is no .esp so no need to fuss with load order.

Locate and delete files. Your game will revert back to using the vanilla files located in the .bsa

All model files will be located in meshes/weapons/iron, and Meshes/armor/iron.

All textures are located in textures/weapons/I want better weapons folder.

Or use your favorite mod manager to uninstall.
