Note that you need both potasticpanda's original Recorder follower mod AND the CBBE version of the Recorder Overhaul installed for this to work. If you're missing either, this patch won't do anything useful. This patch has only been tested with the CBBE version; it may 'work' to some degree with the others, but you're on your own.
