Quest Fixes

Description

Various quest fixes (doesn't include any of my other mods).

This mod fixes the following issues:

Kolskeggr Mine vs World Interactions:

• []While Kolskeggr Mine is occupied by the Forsworn, "world interactions" events can still happen there: the courier appears there trying to deliver something to you but gets attacked by the Forsworn, in theory the events "Wizard Duel" (a challenger appears in a settlement and challenges you to a duel) and "Magic Student" (a student approaches and asks you for help training his wards) can happen there too.[/]

• []When you exit the dialogue with Farengar after taking the quest, Farengar says a random goodbye dialogue that overlaps with the Balgruuf's dialogue from the quest scene, and you can't hear neither of them properly.[/]

• []If you manage to quickly activate Balgruuf after he starts saying the surrender line but before he finishes, instead of him just saying "I surrender! ..." you'll get the normal list of dialogues which then gets replaced with only one option "Do you surrender?", only after choosing which you get the correct dialogue.[/]

  []New Stormcloak guards that come to Dragonsreach after Balgruuf surrenders say "I'm going to find whoever did this", etc. looking at dead bodies, since both are in the whiterun guard factions and are technically allies.[/]

• []When you return with the axe to Dragonsreach, after the scene finishes, Legate Quentin Cipius just lays on the bed despite saying that the Stormcloaks are here and the battle is about to start. Not that the man can't chill a bit, but his behavior is the same as when he stays in Dragonsreach after the battle, and during the battle it doesn't really match the atmosphere.[/]

[*](Optional module "A False Front Fix" in the installer) When doing the quest on the Stormcloaks side, the imperial courier is traveling between Dragon Bridge and Rorikstead, even though Rorikstead (as a part of the Whiterun hold) is already occupied by the Stormcloaks that start fighting with the courier when he gets there (if you just wait in the inn, the courier somehow gets there safely). I made the imperial courier travel between Dragon Bridge and Solitude instead. All the required voice files already existed, apparently that's how this quest was originally implemented, but then the devs changed it to Rorikstead by some reason. Idk why, though, but i tested it and it seems to work correctly. (The bed placed in The Winking
