I love player homes, but I don't like getting them for free. So I made some quick, simple patches to add a purchase requirement to a few of my favorite little homes. I'll probably end up adding more patches, but I'm not making any promises :P

Each patch adds a "For Sale" sign outside of the property. You can buy the home by activating the sign, which will disappear after purchase.

You can use any number of these patches simultaneously if you'd like. They all use the same script, mesh and texture, so don't worry about the files overwriting each other.

All patches are ESL-flagged.

  • []This patch will not work with the Open Cities version or the optional esl-flagged version available on the main mod page.

    []This patch will not work with Windspire Attic as both mods edit the door in conflicting ways.

    []This patch will work with The Astronomer's Attic since it doesn't edit the door.

    Cost: 1,200 Septims

    Avenue Overlook

    Cost: 1,400 Septims

    Note: This will add the key to Angeline's Aromatics to your inventory. I figured since there's a shared interior entrance, that made the most sense.
