Lore
Pinepeak Crypt is an ancient Nordic burial site hidden deep beneath Pinepeak Cavern, said to be the forgotten resting place of Hakra, one of Ysgramor's legendary Companions. Though Pinepeak itself is known to most as little more than a remote cavern in the Rift, old records and scattered scholarly accounts suggest something far older lies buried beneath its stone.
Whispers speak of hidden passages, sacred trials devoted to Kyne, Stuhn, and Shor, and a tomb sealed away from grave robbers and cultists alike. Some believe Hakra's crypt was constructed not merely as a burial chamber, but as a proving ground, designed to test those who would dare disturb one of Skyrim's ancient dead.
