OregonPete's NPC Makeover --Female Edition--

Overview

At some point, I just got fed up with the appearance of many NPCs in Skyrim. The things that bothered me most were:

• []Wrinkles. I think Bethesda originally wanted these characters to be age 40 or 50, but they look more like 100 to 120.

  []War paint. It often obscures the NPC's features so much you can't even recognize the person beneath it anymore.

  []Dirt. Don't people in Skyrim know what lard, tallow, and water are for?

  []Orcs. There's really no rational (or aesthetic) reason why Bethesda had to make them all to be quite that ugly!

  So I finally decided to do something about it. I started out with a few women, and just kept going, and going, and going... By the time I was done, I had modified almost 350 female NPCs, including ALL of the orcs (yes, even the unnamed ones). I'm afraid the result isn't always quite as lore-friendly as I might have wished, but it sure looks nice. :)

  Version 2. 0 (ESPFE) available!

  I've decided to convert all my mods to ESPFE (ESL-flagged) versions wherever possible. This means these mods will no longer take up a slot in your load order. Please follow the instructions in the sticky post in the Posts section if you wish to update during a running game. If you're starting a new game, just install and enjoy.

  I've also decided to only offer BSA versions from now on. If you need or want a version with loose files, download the Bethesda Archive Extractor and just extract the files from the BSA.

  Requirements

  This mod requires both the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (version 4. 1. 9 or later) and KS Hairdos (version 1. 61F). It will NOT work without them!

  Installation/Uninstallation

  This mod is best used with a new game so the NPCs and their inventory are initialized correctly. If you do decide to install during a running game, please see the section on possible issues below.

  I've uploaded a BSA version and a version with loose files. Most users will want to download the BSA version. The version with loose files is mainly for modders who use MO2. Just click the "Mod Manager Download" button and let your preferred mod manager do the work for you. If you insist on doing it manually, please use the BSA version and install it in the Data folder of your Skyrim SE installation.

  To uninstall, again please use your mod manager. If you're doing it manually (really?), delete the BSA and ESP files from your Data folder. If you were using the loose files version and wish to uninstall manually
