Adds a more oblivion looking lockpicking interface to the Oblivionesque lockpicking mods minigame.
Pretty simple, fairly straightforward. May replace the springs and teeth later as I was getting the hang of the DDS system again and things came out a little, awkward when all put together in the end.

Going to be updating this to support multiple chest types similar to Regional locks if LeucisticDinosaur adds the framework for it.
