Since last year, I'm working on races overhaul that won't be boring for me. Probably I'll end up with some weird mashup of several existing mods, but who knows? So what is this little thingy and why I uploaded it?

The base plugin contains ONLY stats and skills changes for all playable races (vanilla).

The base part was released only because I want to rebalance the gameplay part of my guide (TNE) and this will be a big part of it. Don't expect any patch support from me. If you want to use this mod, you need to know how to make your own patches in xEdit.
