Nightingale Armor Replacer Cape HDT-SMP (Female CBBE) and Male

First of all, this one is my first mod and I'm not a modder. Thus inexperienced with description.

Also it may not work as intended. Please backup your mesh .nif files mentioned below. Or simply build with bodyslide again using "CBBE Vanilla" to recover.

If you are using female armor, then please build from Bodyslide Studio first. Otherwise physics won't. I removed torso_0.nif and torso_1.nif intentionally to stress on this methodology. (There is an optional file though for prebuilt meshes. Copy them to location mentioned below).

And also note that standalone cape is just a test cape although people do use it with other armors (I do too!), but its just there for testing purpose and BodySlide build does not affect it.

Armor:

Uses body slot 32 and cape slot 46.

This mod replaces all nightingale armors by replacing the mesh files so this is expected to be incompatible with mods that replace them. Although, it should be compatible with re-texture mods that do not touch mesh files.

BodySlide files are included. Build using BodySlide to your preferred body shape.

Note:

When building with BodySlide Studio, please use AltairNightingaleHDTCapeArmor item from Outfit/Body drop-down in BodySlide Studio.

It will affect only female version and male version will work out of the box.

Cape:

Uses cape slot 46.

It also includes cape as separate wearable. So you can where it with any other armor.

Has some minor clipping issues for females.

May not look good with some armors as those armors could have pauldron kinda stuff attached to it.

As of yet, no way to obtain through normal means. So you can use console command like -> help "nightingale cape" 4.

Does Not Require CBBE SMP:

The outfit does not contain any physics (skirt and other usual places). Only physics is applied to cape.

Mesh files:

Mesh files in meshes/armor/nightingale/f/

- torso_0.nif

- torso_1.nif

- nightingale_cape_0.nif

- nightingale_cape_1.nif

Issues:

- Cape clips through the body sometimes. - I tried to reduce this problem as much as I could.

- Nightingale Cape "without armor" is not affected when built using BodySlide studio as it is a separate mesh file.

- Sometimes the cape appears to be like its overlapping itself. - Either this problem is with my installation or it is with all because I tested other cape mods and they sometime have the same behavior. I wasted a day on this!
