More Interesting Loot Redone - Reduction

This is a simple patch to bring MILR loot drops down to more immersive levels.  In the original mod, the idea was only Boss chests had the interesting loot.  Redone expanded the drops to many ordinary chests which I felt was too much.  Also, MIRL has six chances to drop an artifact in every chest that was updated, with a potential for six artifacts in a single drop, albeit, a very small one, but three artifacts in a single drop did happen and walking out of a BFB with over 40k worth of artifacts was too much for me.  Hopefully, I didn't nerf the drops too hard.  Time will tell.

What I did was remove artifacts from all chests that weren't named "somethingsomethingBoss".  For the chests that were marked boss, I removed the six artifact entries and replaced with a single entry.  So there is now one 10% chance of an artifact instead of six 10% chances.  Hopefully that should be enough.  I didn't mess with the jewelry or other drops, just the artifact armors and weapons.

edit - I did add an "Amulets too" version.  The amulets too version greatly reduces amulet drops.  If your game is modded so you need all that gold go ahead and use the original version, but if playing closer to a vanilla economy, the second version is much better.
