This mod was inspired by Decapitation Fixes by mrjentipede and other mods for LE and SE.
Each one I found did a little piece of what I was looking for, and others, like Violens, was doing too much for my taste - and prone to be buggy, too.
So this is my take on a very light approach, no scripts, no configuration, simply editing a handfull of values via an ESL-flagged mini mod.
I only wanted some more decapitations. But they require a few conditions as special killmoves - which have complex conditions themselves.
So what this does:

[]It removes the vanilla requirement that killmoves may only play on the last enemy.

]It changes the random chance of a killmove from 50 to 80 percent.[]It removes the requirement that either the "Savage Strike" or the "Devastating Blow" perk is required for a decapitation.
[]It changes the random chance of a decapitation from 40 to 60 percent.
All in all, you will not see decapitations all over the place, since there are further conditions which I did not touch, depending on the type of weapon, the direction of the hit, whether the NPC is in bleedout, etc.
But you will now see them much more often. That's all this does.
The alternative version (see files) has even higher percentages: It raises the random chance of a killmove to 100% and raises the random chance of a decapitation from 80%. But it still depends on the weapon, direct, etc.
