Some people were having some issues with Milante's eyes, and with installation so...
Arkadiets27 send me new face/eye textures I didn't have the same issue so I'm thinking it may have been a file structure thing. I updated Milante SE to V1. 3. 2 with these new texture/meshes, and simplified the file system to Main Folder> Data + Additional Files. Under Data are the main follower files. The additional files are for manually giving her a different outfit and the sports body + BodySlide files. If you want those, just copy/paste into the mod Data file and overwrite the files there. I hope that fixes everything for you guys!
