📋 About This Mod
Very bright objects (specially during the night) can really break immersion and look out of place.
This was the case of the Vvardenfell 3D Plume by Sheson.
Better Dyndolod Red Mountain Plume has the same problem (that one looks nice without ENB I guess) and when using some ENB presets... it actually accentuates some mesh edges which don't look very good :P
So, this is my attempt of providing a better option for ENB users... with the aforementioned issues at least reduced :)
Check the screenshots! :O
INSTALLATION:
1) Install the main file manually or using any mod manager (it includes 2k textures).
2) Install the optional file and overwrite the main file if you want 4k textures.
COMPATIBILITY:
-Compatible with everything that doesn't include the same meshes.
CREDITS:
-Sheson for creating a 3D plume and granting permissions to use it :)

A standalone edit of Sheson's Vvardenfell 3D Plume, tweaked to reduce brightness under ENB presets, with upscaled and cleaned textures. For Morrowind players using ENB who want a less glaring Red Mountain plume. 266 endorsements, updated January 2023.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Fixes a common ENB issue: the plume no longer blows out your eyes (266 endorsements back this up)
- Standalone, so you don't need the original mod as a base
- Texture cleanup and upscale are a nice bonus for a small visual tweak
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects the Red Mountain plume—if you wanted broader ENB fixes, this won't help
- Last updated in January 2023, so it might not be tested with the latest ENB versions
- Compatibility with other plume mods or mesh replacers could be a concern—check your load order
For Morrowind players who run ENB presets and find the default Vvardenfell plume too bright. If you're a vanilla purist or don't use ENB, you don't need this. Skip if you want gameplay changes—this is purely visual.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager like MO2, just drop the mod in and activate it—no need to overwrite anything else.
- Make sure this loads after any other mods that alter the Red Mountain plume to ensure the mesh override works.
- Test with your ENB preset to see the brightness difference; if it's still too bright, you may need to tweak ENB settings.
