Legacy of the Dragonborn Collectors and Vendors - Conchologist Patch

The Problem

wSkeever made a great mod for Legacy of the Dragonborn that adds four vendors to Skyrim that sell displayable items, eliminating a lot of the frustrating RNG. The problem is that The Conchologist, the little boy who sells seashells, has his camp placed directly on top of a Thalmor patrol spawn point, so virtually every time you go to talk to him, he's in the middle of getting attacked by Thalmor, and you have no choice but to jump in, since he's Essential and will just keep tanking fireballs to the face indefinitely.

The Solution

All this does is add The Conchologist to the Thalmor faction, so they don't attack him on sight.

Two versions available, one for people who play with RS Children, so that it forwards the correct headpart records to prevent brown faces, and one for people who don't play with RS Children. Needless to say, Legacy of the Dragonborn is required for both. Safe to install, move around, insult, worship, forget about, and remove mid-save.

Yes, I realize that it's likely easier to console command the kid into the Thalmor faction, but that hadn't occurred to me until I was about halfway through writing this description.
