This mod is a nif and texture replacer for the static chains in ICW5. 3. The current nif is a copy of a skyrim. ESM ship anchor chain and has black rectangles overlaying it.
This mod replaces it with Brumbek's superb work. No ESP, no scripts, no conflicts but install after ICW in MO and make sure it has a higher priority number than ICW or any other mod that uses ICW assets.
Brumbek's chain is much more complex (and beautiful) than vanilla so if your PC is marginal for SSE this mod may tank FPS in any cells with this asset. This is not so much a problem with SSE as it handles complexity much better and these are interior cells.

Before associating this mod, or any other, with low FPS or stutter make sure you save, exit the game completely and reload and see if the problem persists. A number of interior cells, including the Temple of Kynareth, have a fps problem that goes away after a complete reset. I attribute this to what I call script collision. There are a multitude of scripts firing in Skyrim and sometimes they don't play nice with papyrus.
