I really just wanted to make more use of Tesak1234's amazing Nord house resource.
This mod adds a small witch hut on the outskirts of Morthal, with a garden and basic utilities.

:: STUFF ABOUT THIS PLACE ::
• NO SMITHING. It's a witch home, not a warrior house.
Most Morthal overhauls add a smithy to Morthal so I figured players who want to use smithing will do it there.
• NO BEDS FOR COMPANIONS, FAMILY, OR YOUR HAREM OF TEENAGE ANIMU WAIFUS.
• Enchanting and alchemy
• Disenchanting font that resets player created items (both smithing and enchanting)
• Witch's cauldron (alchemy)
• Plantable garden
• Bed gives well-rested bonus
• Mapmarker needs to be discovered
• Cooking pot and a baking surface (to be used like the HF oven)
• Safe storage
To get on the loft for the enchanting stuff, activate the ladder. To get down, activate the ladder on the loft. Ez.
