You don't need both of these... Only grab the one(s) you need. If you only have Vominheim, just grab the vominheim version or vice versa. Yes you can use the together, they are for different mods.
This was already done by another mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40565 but is outdated and the author said he/she didnt have the time to update anything... So you might see me uploading a few more of these.
