📋 About This Mod
This mod adds traders to the three Hearthfire Homes after obtaining them.
It always bugged me that I have to travel to other towns when I want to buy or sell stuff which is wasting a lot of time. This mod changes this now. Finally you can live there without travelling all the time!

[]Adds traders to the Heljarchen Hall, the Windstad Manor and the Lakeview Manor.

]The traders will spawn there after you have obtained the house (Each individually!). They won't be there before you do so![]The traders actually lives on that property. They will wander around, work, sleep and always have nice items for you to buy and, of course, sell.
[]Their amount of Gold is higher than normal traders: They own 3000 Gold. (In my opinion the perfect amount).
[]They buy and sell all items that can be sold to a merchant. (Like Belethor in Whiterun)
[]They are willing to trade from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
[]Uses the LeveledList, so it should consider every mod that adds its items to the LeveledList.
[]Protected character: They won't die when getting attack by foes. But you (the player) can kill them! But be aware: They are unique characters. They won't respawn if you choose so!

Compatible: Should be compatible with every mod out there. Only mods that edit the exterior of the houses (Like expanding the building area) are not compatible.
The best way is to check it in xEdit.
You can also pick packs for single houses if you don't want to have all three: (Choose the individual packs or the "All-In-One" version! Not both!)

Adds a unique trader to each of the three Hearthfire homes (Lakeview Manor, Heljarchen Hall, Windstad Manor) after you acquire the property.
