Description:
This mod adds new weapon - Heartbreaker dagger. You can find it in Black-Briar Manor in Riften, in Maven's room.
Weapon stats:
Type: 1H dagger.
Damage: base 12, crit. 7
Enchantment: Slows down the target's speed for 7 seconds on strike. When equipped, grants the "Rogue Mind" ability that reduces Illusion spells cost by 25% and makes prices 10% better.
Improvement: 1 Quicksilver ingot, required perk - Elven smithing.
