You can now find dead chickens hanging next to the rabbits and pheasants from the vanilla game. As they are one of the most common food sources for Nords, it makes perfect sense for them to be present on nordic houses along with other small dead animals killed for consumption.
This mod offers 6 new highly detailed models, with 4k textures and 2k normal maps, of hanging dead chickens. They are distributed in-game along with dead rabbits and pheasants, but without replacing them, and can be looted for "Chicken Breast". However, unlike the other two, these only appear hanging dead in farms, towns and cities, and not in hunters' camps, for obvious reasons, since they are not game animals, and since only in these places people raise chickens in-game.
This mod has no requirements, but for greater visual consistency and immersion, I recommend also using:
