📋 About This Mod
Griffon's Getaway
Griffon's Getaway is a small player home located on the northern side of The Divide settlement in the Western Reach.
It comprises a small garden, ground floor, upper floor, and basement.
It is purchasable for 10,000 Septims using the For Sale sign on the front door.
- The garden includes an outhouse, statues, wood chopping block, and a shrine to Mara - the most important of the divines in Evermore.
- The ground floor includes a large master bed, containers, a cooking pot, dining table, a singular mannequin, and a weapon plaque.
- The upper floor includes a single bed for a follower, an alchemy lab, and an enchanting table.
- The basement includes additional storage and respawning levelled items, and a bathtub and washbasin.
I did not include any of the smithing stations as the town blacksmith is just a stone's throw away and I did not want to clutter the exterior with a huge forge and smelter.
The Divide was chosen for the location as I wanted the house to remain accessible at the conclusion of the questline.
Obviously, this mod requires Beyond Reach by razorkid
I highly recommend the following mods to improve the aesthetics of the home. These are also featured in the screenshots:
- Beyond Reach - Some Better Meshes by monkeyangie
This home was made in Creation Kit with these meshes installed, so I can not guarantee that there will be no odd clipping issues with the original ones.
- Statue of Mara by Mandragorasprouts and Statue of Mara - Mesh Replacer Only by Pieter82 as the shrine will clip with the statue otherwise.
(Alternatively, just disabled the shrine with console.)
