Happy modding!

Since I don't find myself playing Special Edition at all and just playing the original Skyrim I have decided to abandon this as it really isn't worth spending my time supporting this. I may decide to pick up work on this again at a later time, but for the time being don't expect any support.

What Is This?

Have you ever had a follower fall behind because they couldn't navigate some steep terrain? Have you ever seen an NPC get stuck somewhere because of a bad navmesh in a town mod? In order to deal with these problems you would have to bring up the console and figure out how to get an NPC selected in order to perform a "moveto player" command to get them to your position. This mod simplifies that through a set of spells to mark NPCs and teleport them.

This mod is a variation of my mod Get Over Here from the original Skyrim. Because SKSE and SkyUI are not available there is no capability to assign hotkeys or manage things through an MCM menu so I created this alternative using a set of spells. It is a bit more limited in functionality but should still come in handy for those who want to avoid using the console.

How To Use

You can mark up to eight NPCs to track with Get Over Here Spells. You first need to cast the Mark/Unmark spell on the target NPC in order to add or remove them. Once the NPC is marked you can use the other spells to teleport to a single NPC, teleport the NPC to you, or teleport all marked NPCs to your location at once. There is a Clear All spell which makes it easier to remove all of your marked NPCs from being tracked if you want to start fresh. The spells will automatically be added under the Conjuration category upon installation of this mod so there is no need to search for spells books anywhere.

Permission

You can feel free to make translations, upload this to other sites, and generally share this with anyone you like without asking for permission so long as you don't try and make any money from this mod. I only ask that you make sure to give me credit for this work.

Get Over Here - Spells is a Skyrim Special Edition mod that adds a set of spells to mark and teleport NPCs, solving issues like followers getting stuck or NPCs trapped in bad navmeshes. It's a variation of the original Get Over Here mod, adapted for SE without SKSE/SkyUI, and is no longer supported.

✨ Key Features

Adds a Mark/Unmark spell to track up to eight NPCs
Includes spells to teleport to a single NPC, teleport a single NPC to you, or teleport all marked NPCs to your location
Designed for Skyrim Special Edition without requiring SKSE or SkyUI
Provides a console-free alternative to the 'moveto player' command

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Handy for fixing stuck followers or NPCs without opening the console (447 endorsements)
  • Simple spell-based system that's easy to understand and use
  • Works without SKSE or SkyUI, so it's compatible with a vanilla-ish setup

⚠️ Cons

  • Abandoned by the author and no longer supported, so don't expect fixes or updates
  • Limited to eight tracked NPCs, which might be restrictive for large groups
  • No hotkeys or MCM menu, so you'll need to cycle through spells in your magic menu
🎯 Is This For You?
For Skyrim Special Edition players who frequently deal with followers or NPCs getting stuck in terrain or modded towns and want a quick, in-game solution without console commands. Also for those who prefer a lightweight mod that doesn't require SKSE or SkyUI. Skip if you need advanced features like hotkeys or if you're on the original Skyrim, since this is SE-specific.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Cast the Mark/Unmark spell on an NPC first to add them to your tracked list before using the teleport spells.
  • Use the 'Teleport All Marked' spell to gather your whole party after a tough fight or when they get scattered.
  • Since the mod is abandoned, test it early in your playthrough to ensure it works with your other mods.
