I attempted to fix this bug based on Chesko's comments on Reddit. Perhaps someone has already fixed it, but I couldn't find it so I created it.
When I used Keeping Warm - Frostfallized, the keyword was distributed but the actual in-game warmth and coverage remained at 0. For those with similar issues, this patch may correct the problem.
