I love Schlitzohr's Cities but they have a lot of warping issues when you are using Parallax / Complex Parallax. These plugins revert the texture pathing back to vanilla so that you don't get strange warping.
The solution isn't perfect and, depending on your textures, you might want to remove some things in creation kit (like those floor pieces that are placed everywhere in Laintar Dale lol)
THIS DOES NOT ADD PARALLAX. THIS ONLY FIXES THE INCOMPATIBILITY BETWEEN PARALLAX USERS AND SCHLITZOHR'S CITIES
