📋 About This Mod
So a while back I was reading on the mod page of WallsoBG's Cell Offset Generator that apparently almost all ESP's are unoptimised debug versions of ESM's, without the offset data that ESM's have, and that the game uses this to quickly find which files belong to which coordinates in a cell. Any normal edit in Xedit or the Creation Kit will also remove this valuable OFST data from ESM's.
They surely have fixed that for Skyrim
Well, nope. This is a port of the generator that fixes missing OFST records for plugins, and it does indeed improve cell loading with my 490 mods list. I hope it does so for you to.
Please note: Your first load will take a bit longer, as the generator will generate a .fco file in Data\CellOffsets. It should immediately work however. Each file is hashed against its source plugin, so it auto-invalidates if you update any of your plugins.
