Fabulous Facegen - Optimized NPC Face Textures

Facegen files are what give NPCs their unique appearance, apart from others the same race and gender. Vanilla Facegen is not great. It's 512 resolution that's fairly blurry, and the texture files are all uncompressed. The lack of compression may increase the visual quality a little, but with a fairly heavy performance hit.

I have upscaled all facegen textures and compressed them in BC7 with mipmaps for optimal performance and quality. Even at 512 the visual difference is significant, and the performance impact should be as well.

I upscaled them using chaiNNer and ESRGAN models, and re-compressed in modern BC7 format.

To reduce load times with such a large number of files (over 3,000--one for every unique NPC or NPC type in Skyrim), I have packed these as BSAs. That means extra plugins, but they are all ESL-flagged. The first plugin is flagged as esm, with other plugins having the first as a master. This will ensure that this mod loads high up in your load order, allowing it to be easily overwritten by your NPC mods without tweaking your load order to avoid black face issues.
