Euphoria - Mad Blade of Cyrodil

Commissioned by the survivors of the burning of Kvatch in celebration of the Hero's role in ending the oblivion crisis, assisting Martin Septim and their other adventures. A Final blade to commemorate the journey of the Champion of Cyrodil.

Forged of the finest Ebony, Gold and decorated with inlays of Amber the Hero had brought back from their adventure in the Shivering Isles, from a bright and colorful region named "Mania". Taking several years to complete The fine ebony blade was of the best quality that remaining citizens of Kvatch, along with several other benefactors could afford. But one night before the hero could claim the blade glowing amber cracks would form along the blade, feint laughs and whispers echoed from the blade before disappearing shortly afterwards in the early years of the 4th era.

Strangely around the same time the Champion of Cyrodil was no longer found, all sightings ceased, friends lost contact, and things were stirring in Oblivion. What happened to the sword? Did the champion claim the blade then leave for one final adventure? or did something darker claim them both? - Unknown 4E 11

Feint laughter has been heard from the forbidden sections of the Blue Palace recently, what madness could be unfolding in the Pelagius wing?

And now it seems the amber has almost completely overtook the ebony over the centuries, Will you claim this lost blade forged for a worthy champion?

Inspired by several sources, Shattered and fractured blades in Dragonfable/AQW, The Corpsewax weapons from elden ring where the metal parts are repaired and replaced with another material, and some general ideas bouncing around my head. Was originally going to be a spectral blade with shards and fragments floating in a holy magical projection of the blade's remaining length, but technical problems, and liking how the amber look changed my plans.

Location: Located in the Pelagius wing of the Blue Palace, leaning against the bar table upstairs, shortly before the hallway leading to the teleport tothe mind of Pelagius for Sheogorath's Quest. the 1 Handed version is found here.

Requirements: None, could have incorporated a patch to use the amber material from the Creation Club mod, but opted not to for convenience sake.

Crafting: Can be swapped between 1 and 2 hand using daedric smithing perk at a forge, Can be tempered with ebony ingots using the same perk.

Balance: Around the same strength as the Daedric Sword and Greatsword for the 1 and 2 handed versions respectively.
