Enhanced Rocks and Mountains – Fix and Addon

This mod complements Enhanced Rocks and Mountains by extending its visual quality to mines, caves, and a few specific assets that weren't covered by the original mod.

ERM Addon

ERM - No Vertex Colors

This Addon sets all vertex colors to pure white in order to reduce color conflicts with the game's shaders.

This helps avoid discoloration and grayed-out snow, for a more consistent overall look.

Wet meshes are not included, as they don't present any conflicts with vertex color shaders.

Exception: cave entrances keep their original vertex colors to preserve the natural darkening inside.

Mines and Caves

Replaces rock meshes in mines and caves with ERM versions.

- Corrected UVs (reduced parallax seams)

- Improved collisions

Ore Mines

- Meshes based on ERM to improve rendering, parallax, and blending

- Keeps the same 3D index to maintain compatibility with vanilla paths

ERM Fix

Skyforge

- Updated UVs

- Reworked collision

- Corrected footstep sounds

- Added a small dirt patch to mask the seam between the rock and the surrounding pavement (optional)

- Uses the same mesh settings as ERM, ensuring perfect visual consistency

- New LOD mesh, compatible with DynDOLOD

StoneRessource

- Reworked collision

- New blending method for StoneQuarry01

- Uses the same mesh settings as ERM, ensuring perfect visual consistency

ERM Patch

- Water for ENB

Installation

- Download and install Enhanced Rocks and Mountains (required)

- Install this mod using your preferred mod manager

- Choose the options you want

- Make sure this mod loads after ERM in your load order (and any other mods mentioned in the FOMOD)

- Run PGPatcher !
