📋 About This Mod
Deutsche Sprachausgabe. Original wird benötigt.
German voice-over and script translation for the follower mod Elana and Her Fiendish Friends. Replaces original English voices with German TTS or AI-generated audio and translates all scripts. The mod adds a dark magic follower with custom spells, potions, and summoned allies. Requires the original mod. New version 2.1.0 is Patreon-only and includes adult intimacy content.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved German dub with 55 endorsements and over 1,100 downloads.
- Covers both voice and scripts, so German players get full localization without missing dialogue.
- New AI-generated voices in v2.1.0 sound significantly better than the old TTS versions.
⚠️ Cons
- New version 2.1.0 is only available through Netherworks' Patreon, not on this mod page.
- The latest version bundles the adult INTIMACY addon, so players who avoid sexual content must stick with the older TTS version.
- Mixing the new AI voices into the old version is untested and may cause vocals to mismatch subtitles.
For German-speaking Skyrim players who want the Elana follower fully voiced in their language. Great for those who prefer TTS/AI voice mods and don't mind non-professional voice acting. Skip if you want the newest content but aren't on Patreon, or if you avoid adult mods since the updated version includes intimacy content.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Install the original Elana mod first, then manually overwrite its voice and script files with this German version.
- If you use a mod manager, install the original through it, then drop the translated files into the mod folder to overwrite.
- For the newer AI voices, download the Patreon version 2.1.0 and replace its files, but be aware old version subtitles may not align with new audio.
