50 New POI places (Points of interest)
33 2 ambush encounter per hold at least, 3 per hold in total
7 Sea of Ghosts places (ambush/loot)
10 Undersea Wrecks(Skyrim and Solstheim)
Some few places (less than 10) are in "very hard to reach" places, but possible with climb options:
I've personally tested and all are reachable just walking (if you try very hard)
The community has provided a lot of options for climbing (Rope arrows, SkyClimb, Teleport Spells) or you can use the
vanilla horses.
