Illia will use your preferred skin and body mesh. This means she will work with RSV. I have tried to include photos of her with different skins. She uses HPH and is ESL flagged.

Requirements:

Modular SMP Hairstyles by Everglaid. This is non-negotiable, you must have this and I won't be creating a version that doesn't require it. If you want to give her different hair, you will need to modify her files yourself or just simply use a wig.

You need BEES if you're using an older version of Skyrim.

(soft requirement): Expressive Female Animations or Waifu Expressions. She's designed with one of them in mind, so if you use EFA make sure you're using the EFA patch that comes with HPH. Waifu expressions includes HPH patch files already.
