Super simple. Just a quick change from the vanilla values for dual casting spells. It always bothered me that a dual casting cost so much extra magicka but added so little extra power so I tweaked the ratio. Not super overpowered, but I honestly think it makes more sense this way.
Vanilla: dual casting costs 2. 8 times the magicka and has 2. 2 times the power. This mod: dual casting costs 2. 25 times the magicka and has 2. 75 times the power.
Install: Extract the DualCastingCostPowerTweak.esp file to your Skyrim Data folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data) and enable it in a way appropriate for the mod manager of your choice.
Uninstall: Delete the .esp file.
