I always disliked the rotating camera around Player Character for some reason. So i googled around for a tweak to disable this. I found the necessary ini tweaks to disable or to have it delayed from beginning. This mod is just a dummy ESPFE plugin with the ini tweaks to overwrite your default ini files. So you can leave them alone.
Just install and activate.
These are the ini's contained in ini file with first two being active and second two optional with added # so they are disabled.
Setted to 1 (this only works on a new game)
Setted to 3600 (1 hour)
Setted to default (remove # to activate)
