      Mod is able to distribute all 120 cloaks to NPCs. Initial configuration is designed around factions wearing appropriately designed cloaks and a handful of individual NPCs (mostly potential followers), including:

          []I have also generated several options to batch-distribute cloaks RANDOMLY in order to minimize _DISTR.ini management. Set it and forget it. See _DISTR.ini

          []Mod can be re-configured to distribute cloaks to any NPC and / or any group of NPCs that you wish! Edit the _DISTR.ini that comes with this mod, and add (or delete) any Form ID that you wish. Some knowledge of Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) is useful to achieve desired results.
