Decapitation Conditions for Valhalla Combat

Valhalla Combat is a great mod and the execution feature is arguably my favorite thing about the mod. But the problem is, I don't always like to decapitate my enemies unless I have the Savage Strike and/or Devastating Blow perks, which allow decapitations. Instead, I created a file used to give the decapitation animations from Valhalla Combat conditions based on the Vanilla game and USSEP.

I also created a file that completely disables decapitations from Valhalla Combat, for those who do not want to decapitate using the mod. Keep in mind, decapitations will still work outside the mod's execution system.

Both mods were made with Seb's Next Gen Decapitations mod in mind but can still be played without it, although I highly recommend his mod anyway. This could potentially stop the "living headless enemies" bug that I discovered from his mod recently and so far it has worked.
