I've always been annoyed at the fact the Dark Brotherhood are literally weaker than bandits. This mod aims to make the Dark Brotherhood strong but not ridiculously so. Astrid has only been made marginally stronger so you don't get stuck in a bad situation.
The Dark Brotherhood members in this mod are generally leveled 25 - 50 (Except Astrid who is level 9 - 50) with a level multiplier of 1. 50 and a health offset of 200 and stamina offset of 100. They have been given the run of the mill perks that high level bandits have, most notably Extra Damage 2. 5.
