📋 About This Mod

Rebalances and Reintegrates the new Gauntlets from Anniversary Edition's Fearsome Fists. Removes scripted injections and adds the new gauntlets to the levelled lists in a balanced and conflict-friendly way by adding them to enchantment

As usual, the content for Creation Club but the integration is lacking. As it stands it's easier to find Brawler's Daedric Gauntlets than normal Daedric Gauntlets. This mod seeks to rebalance and reintegrate these new gauntlets by making the following changes:

Scripted Injection Begone

The hidden quest that activated the scripted injection is now gone. Bye!

Instead, Brawler's Gauntlets have been added using traditional levelled list edits. More specifically, they have been added to the SublistsEnchGauntlets. This means that Brawling Gauntlets can only be found where you were already going to find an enchanted variant of that armor type, ex, Brawler's Daedric Gauntlets can only be found where you would find enchanted Daedric Gauntlets. This means, as far as finding gauntlets go, that Brawling Gauntlets are basically enchanted variants of armor with a unique appearance.

This approach is great for compatibility. Most mods, with the exception of enchantment overhauls, do not touch enchantment sublists. While this mod will conflict with Thaumaturgy or Summermyst, it will be compatible with pretty much all your favourite levelled list mods (OWL, Morrowloot, etc), or just any mod that also adds new items into levelled lists.

Minor, Major, Eminent, Extreme, and Peerless!

The way Skyrim's vanilla levelled lists work is to have various sublists of each armour piece (based on material) for each tier of strength. Ex., you find a chest -> said chest contains a sublist for enchanted iron gauntlets -> RNG decides if it will be Major, Minor, etc -> RNG decides what enchantment you get (fortify smithing/archery/etc). To make Brawler's Gauntlets consistent with vanilla, there are now tiers to each enchantment's strength for each type of gauntlet.

Normally, the strength of the Brawling boost would be static based on the material. Example: Brawler's Dragonplate Gauntlets boost Unarmed damage by 20 points, Brawler's Daedric Gauntlets boost Unarmed damage by 18 points... Brawler's Hide by 8. The way I've done it is to make it more consistent with vanilla. For Example: Brawler's Daedric Gauntlets can be found as tiers for Eminent, Extreme, and Peerless (identical tiers to lootable pre-enchanted vanilla Daedric Gauntlets). This type of logic is applied for every type of Brawler's Gauntlets. This is necessary so that Brawling Gauntlets can be found at each tier of enchantment in a balanced way and seamlessly fit into vanilla enchantment sublists.

This was accomplished by making new Armor records that used different tiers (instead of just 1) of the new Object Effect used in Fearsome Fists. All new found enchantment strength variants are fully temperable and unenchantable.

To be consistent with the levelled list changes, Brawling Gauntlets have been renamed to fit the vanilla enchantment scheme. Instead of "Bra
