What's it do?
Two things:

[]It reduces the initial number of allowed followers (in Nether's Follower Framework) to 1, then lets you increase that number by buying perks which unlock as your Speech levels up.

]It allows you to buy perks which increase your number of commanded minions (summons, raised undead, and the like), which also unlock as your Speech levels up.The two branches of the perk tree are independent, so you can spend perk points on increasing followers, minions, both, or neither as you prefer.
This mod was inspired by Leadership, and even though I wanted something a little different, mad props to Nahsch for having the idea.
