Color Matching Feathers for Argonian Tails

I loved the idea behind nikikuriton's Feathery Argonian Tails mod, but like some others I wouldn't use it on account of the feathers staying hot pink rather than changing to match hair color. And since they have left permissions open, I now release this quick and simple mod that fixes the issue!

Known Issues:

- Tail Feathers disappear when wearing closed face Helmets. This cannot be avoided if you want the colors to match. Avoid close-faced helmets when possible if you don't want to deal with that issue.

- Slight Transparency. Still not sure how to fix that.  Issue has been fixed in 2. 1 thanks to user demifish reporting the alpha issue.

- There is a 3rd facial hair option on Male Argonians, a duplicate of the male shaved from humans. This was the only way I could get the Facial Hair Slider to appear for male and female Argonians for some reason. Just don't use it- you'll be able to tell it's that one by a dark 'shadow' appearing on the Argonian's neck.

For now there is no version that adds these to NPCs, due to compatibility issues. If you want them added, you can do so yourself in the CK. I may make another NPC version in the future however.

Known Issues:

- Tail Feathers disappear when wearing closed face helmets. As far as I know this cannot be avoided if one wants them to match the hair. Use open faced helmets to avoid the issue.

- Tails disappear when wearing anything that uses the tail slot, but the tail feathers do not as they are hair pieces. Be aware of this when using things like Cloaks of Skyrim!

- Must be patched onto other Argonian hair mods and mod-added npcs. As well as any that edit vanilla npcs appearances.

- Likely going to have darkface, I couldn't include facegen because of the mods I use will likely cause problems, they already looked odd in my CK without other mods loaded. Either use the CK to get the new facegen yourself or install Face Discoloration Fix.

- The feathers seem to be slightly transparent? Not sure why or if that was the case with the original mod, but it's not that noticeable unless you're looking for it.

If anyone wants to Backport this to LE before I can get to it, feel free and let me know.

UPDATE: Men are now included! They do not have the same spikes as female tails however as I am terrible at making meshes and had to use a new one to get male body textures to show properly. Files from now on will include both males and females in the feathers but the original female and male only ones will remain available.
