📋 About This Mod

Adds map markers to the Stonecold Fortress, The White Hall, and Highmoon Hall. Stonecold Fortress uses the "City" marker by default and the Highmoon and Whitehall use "Falkreath Castle" map marker. COTN Falkreath already has a map marker for it's Jarl's Longhouse, so no addon is needed. They will use their custom map markers if you use CoMAP. (ESL Flagged)

Note: I'm using the 75% size option from CoMAP in the screenshots

Q: I have duplicate map markers!

A: You have Atlas Map markers installed or an equivalent

Q: Can you add a map marker for COTN Falkreath?

A: There already is one in the base mod

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

Adds map markers for Stonecold Fortress, The White Hall, and Highmoon Hall from JPSteel's Cities of the North mods. Works with CoMAP by default. A small patch mod with 633 endorsements and 680k downloads, last updated November 2021.

✨ Key Features

Adds map markers for Stonecold Fortress, The White Hall, and Highmoon Hall.
Compatible with CoMAP by default.
Requires JPSteel's Cities of the North mods.
Simple patch mod with no additional dependencies.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Huge download count (680k) shows it's a go-to for CoTN users.
  • Tiny patch that does exactly what it says—no bloat.
  • Works with CoMAP out of the box, so no fiddling with settings.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2021—might not be compatible with the latest game version.
  • Only covers three locations; if you use other CoTN towns, you're out of luck.
  • Requires JPSteel's mods and CoMAP to be useful, so it's not standalone.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Skyrim players who use JPSteel's Cities of the North mods and want proper map markers for those locations. If you're already running CoMAP, this is a no-brainer. Skip if you don't use those mods or if you're on a newer game version that might break it.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Make sure you have the specific Cities of the North mods installed (Stonecold Fortress, The White Hall, Highmoon Hall) or the markers won't show up.
  • If you use a mod manager like Vortex, just download and enable—no manual placement needed.
  • Load order matters: put this patch after the main CoTN mods to ensure it overwrites correctly.
