SWORD MOVESET FOR NPCs
With Smooth's permission, I converted and re-annotated his old SkySA Centurion moveset to MCO and SCAR for NPCs to use.
It is only used by NPCs from the Imperial Legion who are equipped with a one-handed sword WITHOUT a shield.
