📋 About This Mod
Mines That Look Like They Belong in Mountains
Skyrim's mines are carved into mountains — so why do the vanilla textures look like someone dug through mud? The original walls never felt like real rock, and the floors lacked any sense of natural stone.
This retexture fixes that. Walls, floors, and wood all rebuilt with proper mountainous rock textures and detailed woodwork. The mines finally match their setting — tunnels carved through solid mountain stone.

— COMPATIBILITY —
Works with everything except other mods that retexture the mines. If it doesn't touch mines, you're good to go.
— INSTALLATION —
Vortex recommended to use the FOMOD installer.
Manual: Go to Payload → NormalMaps and copy the Texture folder to Data. Then go to Payload → Diffuse, select your color, open the Base folder, and copy the folders to Data.
— NOTE —
Due to Bethesda's UV mapping, some seams may be visible. Fixing this would require reworking the UVs entirely — and that would take the rest of my life.
Finally, mines that feel like they're carved from mountains.
