allows you to talk to npc's while they are chopping wood, laying in bed, working at forge and a few other small things without interrupting them
also blocks their work dialogue while they are in bed (ex. won't sell you things) but peddlers will still offer to sell you what they have
2 versions available, one where talking to people laying on the ground causes them to get up or not (no beds version allows vanilla sleeping behavior)
drop the file in your skyrim data folder and make sure it is selected in your load order or mod organizer
