What this patch does:
Capital Windhelm Expansion's Iron Hall "Lucky Anvil" has a small conflict with ElSopa HD Medievil Anvil SE. This patch fixes it. See the before and after pics.
This patch was made for the file: Capital Windhelm Expansion - CRF v. 1. 3
Let me know if it works for the "Normal" version and I will update this description.
I used SSEEdit to flag the .esp as an .esl
