CompatibilityA. S. S. (along with P. E. N. I. S.) was made specifically as a lite-weight supplementary addon for B. O. O. B. I. E. S. (aka Immersive Icons), per WhereDeadAngelsLie's request. I've taken a few elements from my other mod, Aura's Inventory Tweaks, and packaged them into a tight little A. S. S.
There are 2 main options you can go with for inventory icon overhauls:
1) The Bundle for Aesthetic Loot Lists with SkyUI (B. A. L. L. S.), which includes:

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust: 9,875 endorsements and 2.3 million downloads show it's a go-to for UI enhancement.
- Makes inventory management way easier by color-coding and adding icons to food items—no more squinting at text.
- Seamless integration with B.O.O.B.I.E.S., so if you're already using that, this is a no-brainer addon.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires B.O.O.B.I.E.S. as a dependency—if you don't have it, you'll need to grab that first.
- Last updated in February 2024—might not be fully compatible with the latest game patches, so check before installing.
- Only covers food and ingestibles—if you wanted icons for other item types, this won't help.
For players who already use B.O.O.B.I.E.S. and want a cleaner, more visual inventory for food and potions. If you're a UI tinkerer who loves color-coded organization, this is right up your alley. Skip if you don't use B.O.O.B.I.E.S. or want broader item coverage.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have B.O.O.B.I.E.S. installed first—this mod won't work without it.
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to keep track of dependencies and updates.
- After installing, check your in-game settings to see if you can customize the icon colors to your liking.
