Belt is fixed. I changed a few things from the original mod found here: Sabers Armor Skyrim
CHANGES: Fizban007 had the armor in the Daedric section and used Ebony to smith it. Now, the armor is all in the Steel Category and uses Steel Ingots. The Dress is in the Leather section of smithing.

NECK CLIP ISSUE: Open console and click Saber or your character I guess. Type: setnpcweight 0 Enter
