Following from the description of the mod it is Another Nordic Imperial Stable Stonewalls Replacer. The same principle as here "Nordic Imperial Stable Stonewalls Replacer", only the first version of "Nordic Stonewalls" is used instead of the second. I made it for myself and shared it with you.
By request, another option has been added made from "Skyrim Landscape Overhaul - Stone Walls" from Oldrim.
Patch includes only one meshes.
