First of all, sorry for my poor English, it's not my native language. Hope you can get what I mean.
It's a color preset for water for enb(only shades of skyrim option) by Mindflux in nexus. For personal taste, I try to achieve the balance between fantasy and realism. You can see what it will look like in image link.
I highly recommend to use it with tkv enb which is avaliable in Toxic's discord, for this mod is tested with that enb.

A: It's normal. Honestly I think the original water for enb is perfect enough, this preset is only designed for certain enb.
