Never had anything over the years for this and struggled in the past. Wouldn't say i'm totally happy with it but it looks better and i learned a few more things along the way. Used Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop. Saved in BC7 format. 4K or 2K available.
Used subdivision and smooth in Blender on the vanilla mesh. Then used substance painter and photoshop to texture it. The loadscreenart is included in the download.
