Removes the ugly flat bulb from dwemer lights.
Extracted the fxbrightfash01_blur.dds base game textures,
erased it out of existence and downscaled it to 4x4.
So it may never ever ruin my high poly 3D visuals again!
Seriously, fuck this flat ass jpg-looking ass piece of shit.
Ain't fooling nobody with that pathetic excuse for a glow.
Ok, it is not a terrible effect. Some tender loving care could fix it up.
"COULD" So, maybe later... I am still busy rebuilding my mod list.
